When our clients are happy, we are happy. We take extreme care to ensure excellent presentation upon receipt of gifts.

DAMAGED GIFT BASKETS

We strive for complete satisfaction but there are times that gift baskets do not arrive in perfect condition. Gift Baskets arriving damaged will be replaced. Please notify us by email within 2 days of receipt and be sure to keep the damaged gift and all damaged packaging as the courier may request this.

NON-PERISHABLE

We will review complaints about non-perishable gift baskets on a case-by-case basis. In the event a return is authorized, a credit of 50% of the price of the gift basket is issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PERISHABLE

Gift baskets containing fruit, fresh baked goods and other perishable items are not returnable. Health and safety concerns make all sales final.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Provision of an incorrect address by the ordering party resulting in the return of the gift basket will add an extra shipping charge for delivery to the correct address. Otherwise the gift basket may be sent to the ordering party for an extra shipping charge.
